职位信息 Summary: The Sales Engineer has the responsibility, within approved company policy, to deliver profitable sales for Xylem products and services and to develop Sales Plans, aligned to the Marketing and Strategic Plans. Job Scope: Achieve individual sales/order/AR/Margin targets for VUE/AS Train and develop channel partners Acts as Key Account manager for the government officials and trade associations in the region Build business model most suitable to your territory Follow and obey rules in COC and Personal Handbook Other jobs assigned by leaders C)External Relations 1. Customer 2. IDA 3. Design Institute/Engineering consulting Firm Requirements:职位要求 College degree or above, major in hydraulic, municipal, mechanical engineering or related would be useful. Candidates must have extensive contacts water utilities and hydraulic engineering design institutes. Only persons with a strong track record and over 5 years sales experience in water sector will be considered. 大专以上学历,水利工程、市政工程、机械工程或相近专业。应聘人可来自自来水行业,在自来水行业有管道、泵阀、检测技术5年以上的销售经历,并有良好的业绩。; The following characteristics are essential: 应聘者应具备以下能力: l Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力; l Capable of working independently and self-management; 能独立工作并自我管理; l Have a strong learning skill and a will to take in new knowledge; 较强的学习接收新知识的能力; l Frequent travel is required; 能经常出差洽谈业务; l Spoken and written English skills; 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力; l Be familiar with the usage of Office software. 能熟练使用Office软件。 Job Scope: 1. Maintain relationship with existing customer in core markets 2. Grow the business by developing new customer and penetrate into new markets 3. Create & focus deployment plans on existing customer/or markets to increase revenue 4. Conduct presentation to promote products with end users, design institute and customer 5. Reporting all critical and necessary information in specified territory or market 6. Maintain existing and develop new customer, make sure we are in the vendor list. 7. Deep understand Xylem and competitor's products 8. Finish the negotiation of technical and commercial, meet company and individual target 9. Understand how to trace a project from information to an order 10. Assistant AE or field service for payment collection and solve the problem of job site 11. Cooperate with colleague and submit professional report on time 12.
