职位描述: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the perfect fit for Waters. You will work with the hiring manager and their team in achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and e *** candidates. Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition leader you will drive results and impact the bottom-line by providing insight creativity and staying current on innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle. We are a collaborative team that prides ourselves on working closely with our hiring managers to recruit talent and provide our candidates with a great experience. We are strategic innovative and never stop exploring new ideas better solutions and innovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own and manage the sourcing screening processes for open positions within assigned business areas Partnering with hiring manager to aid them in utilizing our applicant tracking system as well as full-cycle recruiting support where needed Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies skills and knowledge required of successful applicants Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research andor utilizing a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description and culture fit Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research networking etc. for prospective candidates Qualifications Bachelor Degree required 5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting (in Tech or Sciences preferred) Experience in screeninginter *** candidates Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches for sourcing and delivering candidates Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other KPIs as defined Self-starter with an great work ethic and collaborative mentality Demonstrated ability to tell the companys story in a way that speaks to a job seekers motivation career goals and interests
