Position Summary: Antylia has the mission to be Scientific Expert with professional product and service. We need a professional Key Account Manager who has deep insights to Pharma Industry or high-end manufacturing industry, especially good experience to Equipment and Instrument, consumables and services. The KAM needs to aggressively drive demand creation activity in our key accounts. Expectations to business development include product promotion and develop strategic cooperation with customers with trust relationship as preferred supplier. Customer responsibility will be reviewed and confirmed based on your effective resource and assignments from company, normally will be few accounts as you need to focus and provide outstanding support. You also need to strengthen our Brand Image among customers. Regular business review to ensure sales target could be achievable and action items under right track. Develop 1-3 direct end users as key account in region by daily visit and management. Promote Analytical Test & Measurement and Bioscience product into key account. Regular feedback to manager on market development, competitor’s activity along with daily and monthly report. Submission of all reports to the Line Manager on time to maintain discipline. Work with team to manage necessary on site activities such as seminar and technical discussion in key account. Supports sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relations and assuring continued market penetration and profitability by making in – depth calls to end Users to achieve sales objectives. Collect AR from key account Implements customer specific action plans. Resolves customer service relevant issues (i.e. pricing and product availability). Introduces new products and services to the accounts. Develops new customers and performs other tasks as assigned by Manager. Strong selling experiences on bioscience market Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience. +5 years of direct sales experience, focus on life science market are preferred Familiar with selling Laboratory Equipment and Consumables Good written and spoken English skills required. Familiar with Bioscience market on consumables Working Conditions: Local customer visits and possibly travel 60% of time. Sits at computer for extended periods of time and uses a keyboard and mouse to interact with computer system. Frequently uses phone to communicate with business partners. Frequent writing and reading in both English and Chinese
